What should I choose for someone new to Hux + Mū?
Mini Mū is a lovely place to begin. It brings together smaller sizes of SOW + CULTIVATE and a muslin cloth, all housed in a Hux + Mū drawstring bag, so they can experience the cleansing and replenishing ritual together.
For a smaller introduction, the Discovery Duo offers a simple way to try both formulas.
Is Hux + Mū suitable for sensitive skin?
Hux + Mū was created with dry, sensitive and changing skin in mind. Our formulas are intentionally simple and made without added perfume or essential oils.
Every skin is individual, though, particularly when it is sensitive or reactive, so we always recommend checking the full ingredient list before gifting.
Do Hux + Mū products contain added perfume or essential oils?
No. SOW + CULTIVATE are formulated without added perfume or essential oils. Their natural aroma comes from the ingredients themselves and is deliberately subtle.
Can you send my gift straight to them?
Yes. Simply enter their address as the delivery address at checkout. You can also leave a gift message using the “Add note to order” box in your cart, and we’ll include your message with the parcel.
No receipt or pricing information is included in the parcel.
What if I'm not sure what to choose?
A Hux + Mū Gift Card lets them choose the products or ritual that feels right for their skin. Gift cards are available from £10 and are a simple option when you'd rather leave the choosing to them.
How much is Christmas delivery?
Royal Mail Tracked 48 is £3.95, or free on orders over £50, with an estimated delivery time of 2–3 working days.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 is £5.50, with an estimated delivery time of 1–2 working days.
For Christmas orders, we recommend ordering as early as possible and checking the Christmas delivery deadline shown on this page.
When should I order for Christmas delivery?
Our last order date for Tracked 48 Christmas delivery is Thursday 17 December 2026.
We always recommend ordering a little earlier where possible, particularly for limited and handmade pieces such as the Mindful Ritual.
