 order processing and dispatch

I know how exciting it is to receive your hux+mū products, so I aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible:

  • Orders Placed Before 11 am (Monday–Thursday): Usually dispatched the same day.
  • Orders Placed After 11 am (Friday–Sunday or on Public Holidays): Dispatched on the next working day.

Launch Week

  • Orders made from 06/03/2025 -12/03/2025  will be sent out from 13th March 2025. Please bear with me as I get to grips with the logistics of packing and shipping.

Your order will be shipped using Royal Mail services across the UK:

Royal Mail Tracked 48 Delivery: £3.95

  • Free for orders over £50.
  • Estimated delivery: 2–3 working days.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 Delivery: £5.50

  • Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow its journey to your doorstep. 

 

packaging & sustainability

Caring for the planet is at the heart of hux+mū.  Your products will be thoughtfully packaged using:

  • Eco-Friendly Materials: Recyclable and biodegradable packaging to minimise waste.
  • Minimalist Design: Protects your products while reducing environmental impact.

 

missed deliveries

If you miss a delivery, Royal Mail will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection from your local depot.

 

damaged or missing orders

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at hello@huxandmu.com.

  • Include your order number and photos of the damaged packaging or items to help resolve the issue quickly.
  • Damaged items will be resolved separately from general returns.

 

can i return my order?

Yes! Returns are accepted if:

  • The request is made within 14 days of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • You can provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

 

how to start a return

Simply email hello@huxandmu.com with:

  1. Your name and order number.
  2. A brief reason for the return.
  3. Photos of any damaged items (if applicable).

I’ll guide you through the next steps to make the process smooth and straightforward.

 

refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days once the return has been received and checked.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and you’ll receive a confirmation email when it’s completed.

 

non-returnable items

For health and hygiene reasons, I can not accept returns of products that have been opened or used.

  • If you’re unsure about suitability of our products, I recommend trying our Mini Mū Signature Ritual first. 
  • Sale and discounted items are non-returnable.
  • Muslin Cloths, single and set of 3 are non-returnable.
